Special Protections & State Law Rights
Some types of information (such as substance use, HIV/AIDS status, and mental health records) may have additional protections under Ohio law. When state law provides greater privacy protection, we follow state law.

- File a complaint with the Ohio Department of Health
You will not be penalized for filing a complaint.
